Winner qualification is subject to FULL phone call completion, and the verification of the caller’s name, address, home phone number, and work/cell phone number, all of which must be provided prior to completion of the call. Contest calls will not be accepted at any other number. All entries will become the property of WRUF and will not be acknowledged or returned.

PRIZE DRAWING:  One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by WRUF on each Friday in May, 2012 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.  Winner(s) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes

PRIZE(S): Sun & Fun Media (hereafter SFM) will provide one standard interior stateroom for 2 travelers (hereafter CLIENT) for a
4-Day Bahamas Cruise departing from Port Canaveral, FL. Transportation to and from port of departure is not included.
Ports of call are subject to change without notice. Standard cabins can accommodate up to 3 additional passengers, which must be paid for separately. Additional cabins are also available. Each passenger must have a valid passport. Fill out completely and return the Reservation Request Form a minimum of 120 days prior to your departure date. Please be aware, providing the minimum of 120 days advance notice does not guarantee that your request will be accommodated. We strongly urge you to submit your request earlier. Certain departures may become unavailable farther in advance. All reservations are provided on a first come first serve basis, and are subject to availability. No reservation requests will be accepted less than 120 days prior to the arrival. If you are flying to your port of departure, do not make flight arrangements until you have confirmed availability with SFM. This certificate is valid for fall sailings only from September 15 – December 15, excluding holidays. If you wish to depart over the summer or any other time, additional fees shall apply. Alternate sailing dates are subject to availability. Travel must be completed by December 15, 2013. The Reservation Request Form must be faxed to (407) 328-0051. If your reservations are confirmed, you will receive your travel documents 10-14 days prior to your departure. CLIENT is responsible for all taxes, fees, surcharges and gratuities. This trip is not assignable or transferable. Not valid for group travel. Two or more SFM vacations cannot be booked concurrently or consecutively. Sorry, no pets allowed. All changes to reservation requests must be made in writing and mailed or faxed to SFM. Changes are subject to availability. Client shall be responsible for all costs and fees associated with any changes. Cancellations are subject to the applicable policies of Carnival Cruise Lines. No-shows cannot be rescheduled. Please keep travel documents in safe place. The terms of this vacation may not be changed or altered. No substitutions allowed. This vacation is not valid for resale and not redeemable for cash value. This vacation is void where prohibited by law. The Reservation Request Form must be signed to be booked. Unsigned forms will not be accepted.

Eligibility: You must be at least 21 years of age to reserve this vacation and legal residents of the United States, living or working in Station’s terrestrial listening area. A winner will be disqualified if he/she or a member of his/her household has won a WRUF contest with a value over $50.00 within the previous 60 days. Employees (including their immediate families and members of the same household) of the University of Florida College of Journalism Division of Multimedia of Properties and, promotional sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies who do business with WRUF, and other radio stations in WRUF’s ADI are not eligible to participate in any contest presented by WRUF. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents and legal guardians, children and legal wards, grandparents, and grandchildren, including “in-laws.” One entry per person; multiple entries will disqualify the entrant. Void where prohibited.
 
Release: Winners agree to release and hold harmless the promotion sponsors, WRUF, UF Division of Multimedia Properties, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won. Winners will be required to sign a form releasing UF Division of Multimedia Properties and its affiliated companies from all liability in connection with the contest and the award and use of the prize before claiming the prize.

WRUF is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failure or malfunctions, lost or unavailable network or other telecommunications connections, or lost, late, damaged, illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, disconnected, or delayed contest entries or communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this contest, or by any human error which may occur in the execution of this contest.
 
License: Entry into any contest constitutes full permission for WRUF and promotion sponsors and their respective affiliates to broadcast and/or to photograph or publish the participant's name, voice, recorded comments, biographical information, face and likeness without compensation.

TAXES:  Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Sponsor, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner will be reported for tax purposes as required by law.  Winner(s) are solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize(s) which are not specifically provided for in the Official Rules.  Winner(s) must provide the Sponsor with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded.  Any person winning over six hundred dollars ($600.00) in prizes from the Sponsor will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS
 
General: Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or other illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant, will result in the contestant's disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won. WRUF reserves the right to rule ineligible listeners who, in WRUF’s sole judgment, engage in abusive conduct with respect to any contest or promotion conducted by WRUF or its affiliates. WRUF reserves the right to make changes in the contest rules at any time, which changes will become effective upon announcement. By taking part in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the judges, who are employees of UF Division of Multimedia Properties and whose decisions with respect to all aspects of the contest are final and binding.
